Creating Autism Awareness Through Twitter

If you haven’t signed up for the web phenomenon micro-blogging website Twitter now if your chance. Twitter allows users to post 140 character posts or updates which can be viewed by anyone. The online autism community has embraced this platform to inform each other about upcoming autism related events, post interesting news articles about autism, and create autism awareness through quick personal updates. The past few days we’ve been monitoring tweets (or status updates) relating to autism, below is a running list of active Twitter users who promote or facilitate discussions regarding autism awareness.

I’ve seen many of your updates over the past few weeks.. I left you off this list cause it seems like you get into a lot of arguments with people. I love a lively discussion but this list is for aut-twitter newbies have a reference on where to begin:) I’m sure most of them will come across you eventually haha..by all means post your Twitter ID here.
