just read this story about a mom (one of the editor's for Rachel Ray Magazine) who found out her son was Gluten and Dairy intolerant..so now she's written this book called Cooking for Isaiah that is GFCF and she's got this cute site called Dish Towel Diaries..check it out .. http://www.dishtoweldiaries.com/

this is actually good news, since she works for rachel ray mag, then we will probably start seeing more of these recipes in regular magazines hooray! ;-D

More chefs should have gluten free recipes which would be friendly for people with gluten sensitivity to eat.
